Satori House

Our lives began to twine in 1989 when we began to support each other’s dreams, hopes and endeavors. In 1990, we became a full fledged family and the seeds of our whole life whole family approach were planted.

We are a family of five with four of us living together in south Louisiana.

I am a 36 year old wife and mother. I am an accomplished dreamer and expert dawdler. Somewhere in there I manage to fit in homeschooling, home cooking, making household solutions from scratch, living on a budget, writing and now gardening.

My husband of nineteen years is a long time martial artist, computer nut and gamer. He  works as a telecommunications technician. When he can actually find free time, he enjoys old Japanese movies, golfing,
playing RPG games and eating pizza.

We have three children. One is out in the world exploring adulthood while the other two are still enjoying childhood.
